If you purchased from one of our retail partners, please email us at with your order #, tracking information, and emailed receipt. If you purchased from our online store, please proceed to the link below.

Returns: NewMade LA Returns

We do not issue refunds.  We are happy to issue store credit or exchanges. Store credit is valid for 30 days.  Items sold on sale are final.

If product arrives damaged, please send us photos of damage. If a return is sent back to us damaged, there will be a damage fee. We are not responsible for misuse of product or installation errors.

Returns: NewMade LA Returns

Exchanges/returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date.  NewMade LA must be notified of exchange/return within 7 days of customer's receipt of package. The customer is responsible for shipping. We only ship exchanges/returns back to customer's original address. We recommend you send the package insured and with tracking as we are not responsible for missing packages. 

All merchandise must be returned unused and in its original condition.  We have the right to deny store credit to returns/ exchanges if it does not meet our policy requirements.

Email us at about your return/exchange so we know whether to issue store credit or an exchange.  Upon acceptance of the merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability, or store credit will be emailed as a discount code.
