Retail Partner Return Policy

If you purchased from one of our retail partners, please email us at info@newmadela.com with your order #, tracking information, and emailed receipt. If you purchased from our online store, please proceed to the link below.

NewMade LA Online Return Policy

Please submit your return information to info@newmadela.com

NewMade LA must be notified of exchange/return within 7 days of customer's receipt of package and must send us tracking number within 7 days of receipt of package. Exchanges/returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date.  The customer is responsible for shipping. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns and exchanges. Store credit is valid for 30 days.  Items sold on sale are final.

We are not responsible for packages or returns that are sent to an incorrect address provided during checkout. Once an order is dispatched, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping details. We encourage you to double-check your shipping information before finalizing your purchase.

Please note we do not accept returns for items that do not fit the intended space. We kindly ask our customers to review product dimensions carefully before making a purchase. 

Once a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, our responsibility concludes. In the event that a package is delivered to the correct address but is misplaced or lost thereafter, NewMade LA cannot be held liable for replacing or refunding the order. 

We only ship exchanges/returns back to customer's original address. We recommend you send the package insured and with tracking as we are not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages. 

All merchandise must be returned unused and in its original condition.  We have the right to deny store credit to returns/ exchanges if it does not meet our policy requirements. 

If product arrives damaged, please send us photos of damage. If a return is sent back to us damaged, there will be a damage fee. We are not responsible for misuse of product or installation errors. We are not liable for any injuries or damages suffered as a result of using the products.

Email us at info@newmadela.com about your return/exchange so we know whether to issue store credit or an exchange.  Upon acceptance of the merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability, or store credit will be emailed as a discount code.
